Real time email notifications not working

I follow several Seeking Alpha contributors and want to receive real

time notifications when they publish an article. I do not get the emails in real
time and instead see delays of up to one day. I have coworkers that are receiving the same emails without any delay. Is there a setting that I am missing or is it a bug?
