I cannot believe the debt thing. Only banks and other lenders should be positive about lending.

The only debt I ever really wanted and needed was a mortgage that would be paid back over a long period when inflation would allow me to repay with inflated dollars thereby allowing the real estate to grow in value while debt decreased. Who could possible argue with that? Oh, ya I forget the credit card companies who thrive on weak kneed stups who cannot control their NEEDS.
