how CAN i AUTHORIZE MY LAPTOP TO receive HDO updates?

Thanks for the question. You need to make sure you log into your Seeking Alpha account (the one with seavilla as the user name) on your laptop. If you're not sure about this, open your laptop browser and go to seekingalpha.com/clean and then log in with the email address and password assigned to that account.

Thank you Daniel! We travel a lot right now and your advice helped me to fix this issue. I usually sit in the back of the car with my laptop while my parents driving it. https://www.uproad.com/toll-point/dumbarton-bridge-toll-info-prices-cost-payment-options - all I have to do is to manage all our toll road payments via uproad app.
