Insist Authors define each acronym when it is first used in their article.

Pretty self-explanatory; not all of us are familiar with the range of acronyms presented among the various authors.  Insisting that all authors define each acronym they use, when it first makes an appearance in their article, should help more readers understanding of the points presented.
