I've unsubscribed from everything I can find on your website, but the emails for "Must Read" updates keep spamming me. Where do I turn it off?

Hi - there is are multiple unsubscribe links in the Must Read newsletter. Randy - I have unsubscribed you and you should not receive it again. wphill - you are already unsubscribed so it appears you already clicked on the link. You should not receive it again.
You are correct, I already unsubscribed. I still get the emails.
Same here. Unsubscribe isn't working. I suggest you shut down the Must Read emails immediately until you can get in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
One-click-unsubscribe for Must Read newsletter appears to be working fine. If you can demonstrate otherwise please attach here a screenshot, thank you.
I have requested in writing to be unsubscribed and you have refused to comply or acknowledge an issue despite a forum full of complaints about this. If I am still receiving these emails in a week, I will be forced to report you to the FTC. I tried to help you out by letting you know.
Under this email address, we have no record of any emails being sent. If you are still getting the Must Read email, it could be under a different email address. Can you double check which exact address it's being sent to? You can forward a copy to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take a look.

Thank you for your prompt reply. The emails are being sent to my other email address. This is strange because 1) I am not aware of having two accounts with SA and 2) I arrive at the unsubscribe page by clicking the link from the email, so I'd expect it to send me to the unsubscription page for the correct email address.
What would a screenshot of it not working look like?

Under this email address, all we can see are author real-time alerts being sent. If you are still getting the Must Read email, it could be under a different email address. Can you double check which exact address it's being sent to?

Same issue as the above posters here — attached screenshots from today below. I never subscribed to these must-read updates and when I clicked the email link to unsubscribe, I got redirected to my account page indicating I was already unsubscribed to these and all other newsletters in that list.
