SA Takes Control of Screen/Window - Annoying

Configuration: Using Google Chrome and Windows 10

Issue:  Major annoyance!!! While reading SA articles the cursor will suddenly drop down to the bottom of the article.  Requires constant re-scrolling to read an article.

The next time this happens, please take a screenshot of the bottom of the page and post here. It's possible you may have some malware on your browser which is causing this.
