Cannot open article in email.

I am getting an error message when I click on an article in my email.

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.  Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."

I recently changed my browser from Firefox 32-bit to the 64-bit version.

How do I fix this?
