lost thousands

I have listened and listened to all these so called pros who just want to help you get rich.  I see how they got rich, from all the money sent to them for different portions of their programs.  They seen to forget the little guy and just concentrate on those who have thousands to work with.  From buying programs that I thought were truly out to help, I am down from $7,000 to $500.00 in TradeStation.  Is there any use in my continuing with stock market?..Was and still am a novice.

if you're totally clueless the QQQ ticker has the best long term tracker at about 10% a year over the last 30 years. It's roughly 100 companies on the nasdaq
