I cancelled my subscription with George Schneider 2 weeks ago. When I will receive the refund?

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR AN HOUR TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.  THERE IS NOTHING ON THE PAGES THEY SEN YOU TO THAT HAS A CANCELATION BUTTON. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL SO HOW THE HELL ARE YOU SUPPPOSED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION.  THIS IS BS
