You need to bring the notification inbox back. No-one cares about the tabs and menu items you have added. What matters is the inbox the rest is noise at best and a distraction otherwise

Thank you all for your feedback, it is extremely important to us.  Unfortunately, the old inbox had many issues which people would complain about it,  was not stable or maintainable, it was also different on iPhone and Android and does not exist at all on the desktop website.   We are planning a new comprehensive, centralized system for notifications which will be better than what we had before and will incorporate comment notifications as well as the content notifications you have today, it will be displayed to you in an inbox format, with the ability to filter and mark items as read/unread and deleted etc.  For now, please use the workarounds e.g. the iOS notification center and "all portfolios" view with the sub-tabs.  I understand that it is not as convenient as the notification inbox and I apologize for that.

ABSOLUTELY AGREE! THIS WAS THE KEY FACTOR FOR MANY OF US THAT SET THIS APP APART. WITHOUT IT, THERE IS NO STANDOUT FEATURE FOR THE KIND OF RESEARCH I USE THE APP FOR.

Have tried other workarounds, but they don’t compensate effectively for being able to filter, delete unimportant messages, mark as unread important already read messages, and being able to return to same important already read messages.

I’ve largely stopped using the app since the update because this one major change has made it no longer relevant to me.

Is there still a way to see these notifications within the app? The best solution I've found so far is browsing news alerts under the "Portfolio" tab which is a really bad workaround.

Hi Jacob, it would even help a lot if incoming items for each sub-tab would be highlighted by a red dot as implemented in the upper menu bar. At the moment you have to check all sub-tabs every time using the app.
