How to increase font size?

Previous version had capacity to select font size.  Where is that on new update?

you can save an article to reading list in safari and use reader view but it is not convenient

Hope SA will allow us to change the font size on iphone/iPad apps. This should be an easy change. I am doing software and know this is a very easy fix. But it will be very helpful since I am 55 and far-sight and cannot see the small word.
