I wanted to try a free trial for Jensen but I see no way to cancel my subscription after the trial
I see NO place on your site to cancel a subscriptional charge before the trial period has expired .... What am I missing?

In supporting the gentle man of Biotech phorum I signed in to support him and his friend to help Irma victims. I gave my Visa card for SA to get $24.92, I didn't intend to subscribe to be a member of the I was assigned a User ID, I haven't had any Password. I didn't know why SA charged me for $299. I tried many times to contact with SA in Contact Us, but I failed because I didn't have any passwords, and the email address is so weird, like this support@seekingalpha.com <support@seekingalpha.com>; with a ; at the end of its email address
Would anybody help me, tell me what to do or where else to go to!

The url you sited "https://seekingalpha.com/account/subscriptions_settings" gives me no access to settings. If The user can not find a CLEAR way to get a refund or cancel he would be a fool to subscribe, PLEASE fix the site so we can use the cancel easily.

You are not signed up for any paid subscriptions, currently, and therefore the unsubscribe button is not showing up on your settings page. For cancellation and refund, you can also contact us on subscriptions@seekingalpha.com.

I am faced with the same challenges here, I have emailed and called with no response and was charge 250 dollars recently. I have gone to the cancel subscription and took a photo shot where it shows I cancelled it and says my card will not be charged but was anyhow. I call and try to leave voice msgs but the recording just keeps repeating itself.
