Kindly elaborate the inconvenience you're experiencing and attach screenshots if possible.
Also, can you please share the browser you're using and some examples of the articles, where you've had this issue.

Mine hasn't worked for quite awhile. I wish I could email somebody who works at SA but that seems unavailable. VERY frustrating.
