How do I go about publishing my portfolio for comment?

I am an individual investor. I have built my portfolio on my own and would like to share it for comment and advice. I achieved over 40% 1yr. ROI as of 5/31/18.

I would like some help with a format or outline for writing an article for submission.

Any help would be appreciated.
