As a workaround, please use the mobile web and login to seekingalpha.com with your account using chrome on your device.
You must either login with google or the password option, if you don't know your password and you dont want to use google login, reset it using a desktop computer on the desktop website only from the forgot your password option on the login screen.
If you do login via clicking the button in the email, you will encounter two problems
1) the installed app will probably grab your session, since that is what it is designed to do.
2) If you don't have the app, you will be logged in only on the email browser inside gmail but not in chrome.
The new Android app is under development, and we hope to release it in April, the main advantage of the app over the mobile web will be push notifications (and smoother login and navigation) but the content will be the same as the mobile web.
