My premium membership is not work on mu phone

I am premium membership. No problem on pc. But not workimg on my android phone

Same here. Working fine on the website. But no ratings, etc. on the mobile app.
For me it is iPhone 11 iOS 13.3.1 

I use my phone 95% of the time. For Premium having a benefit for me it is mandatory that it works on iOS:

Reinstalling the app resolves the issue if anyone has the same issue.
