Duplicate equities in Holdings tab

I frequently encounter equities being listed multiple times on the Holdings tab. It appears to be random each day as to which entries are duplicated. Today my ABBV holding appears 9 times with the correct number of shares and occurs once with “+ Add Lot” for quantity. This bug results in an incorrectly large total portfolio value and an inaccurate estimate of daily and total gains.

I’ve encountered this problem for weeks on PC, iPad, and Android phone applications. I suspect this is a server side issue as I get the same number of incorrect listings when viewing my portfolio on multiple devices.
