Please update the app as soon as a new version will be released.
The iPad bug is now fixed.
Please reinstall the app. Make sure you are installing version 3.8.8.
If you already installed 3.8.8 and the problem persists, try to log out and log in again.
Once again I’m getting an error 400 whenever I try to post a comment. Deleted and reinstalled the app. No help. IPhone 8 with IOS 12.1. This happens almost every time I upgrade IOS. Very disappointing but I’ve now gotten used to it. Someone at SA should make the necessary organizational changes. Now.

I saw in our logs that you had the error and 10 minutes later you were able to submit comments. We are trying to get to the bottom of this issue. What did you do to get it working again ?

Same problem. I’d loose my job if I let a flaw this huge get by me. I’d consider revamping your QA process, this isn’t the 1st or 2nd time the App has has issues on iPads...
