Can't get rid of error banner on top of SA website despite actually getting the correct emails. How to stop it from popping up each time I click the SA site?

Each time I go on the SA site I get a pink banner at the top of the site that says:

We have stopped sending emails to (you) due to an error received from your email provider.

To turn your emails back on, please click here. (To update your email address, click here) However, I am getting all the emails properly and just want to remove this banner. I click on either the "here" hyperlink or the "x" at the right and the banner goes away while I am on the site. But each subsequent time I go to the SA site it is there again. How to permanently get rid of this? All my emails from SA are coming to my regular account and not spam and my email has not changed.

Hi,


That banner shows when we receive a bounce on any email from your email provider. If it happens again, please don't click the button to re-set and re-post here so we can check which emails are bouncing.

What? How do I stop getting this stupid message that is no longer relevant EVERY TIME I move from one tab to another within SA. I fixed the original issue and am getting my alerts properly, but this message is so annoying that I am using your website less frequently. One week now - what can I do?

The issue should be solved now. In the future, all you need to do is click where it says to reset your emails and the banner should not show again.

I am getting the same thing. I keep clicking to turn my emails back on but the banner keeps reappearing. There is no reason why my email would get bounced.
