The links in my email notices for new HDO articles are not working.

When I get an email notice for a new HDO post from Rida I click on the "read it now" link, but no connection comes up, or it might say it can't reach the page. I've tried mobile android and my laptop. I can go to the HDO author website and click on the article and it works fine. What's up??

Hi jacase,

Thanks for the message, sorry for the issue.

Which browser are you using on the laptop, and where are you trying to open it on the android phone?

On the laptop, please try to go to seekingalpha.com/clean and then log in again to your account and see whether that helps. It may be you are not logged into the right account on the browser you use for your email. I'm not sure on the Android app, so it will help if you can explain the full case.

Thanks for your patience,

Daniel

I'm having the same issue with email notifications. When I click on the link to the article, the link takes a long time as the browser attempts to resolve it, then it times out with this message: "The connection has timed out. The server at email.seekingalpha.com is taking too long to respond."
I'm running Windows 10 and Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge all have the same result. I end up having to go to Seeking Alpha website and manually finding the article.

It's been happening with every email you send me for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Here's an example link:

https://email.seekingalpha.com/news/3407455/track?type=click&mailingid=3407455&messageid=2900&databaseid=&serial=2900O3407455O1541687311842.0.2e4caa3234a83a23bf5af60e90d08278&emailid=48687989&userid=48687989&extra=&&&3000&&&https://seekingalpha.com/account/email_auth?auth_param=1edqrl:1du8i16:39de6b081...

This has happened before then it got fixed. I'd like to suggest you sign up for these emails and see for yourself.

Thanks,

Daryl Smith
