I understand you want to improve the site. Many people disliked this brutal change.
Why don't you test on beta testers before rolling out the changes to everyone?
This is how software updates are done usually, and there is a good reason to proceed that way.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

Sorry, but beta testing is not done with developers, but "average" users.Also, it is very inconvenient that you switch off all debate, by using the completed task button.It is better to leave an open line to get constructive criticisms/bug reporting and answer back.

We did undertake beta testing before releasing the New update for all, and we did it in phases.
Thank you for understanding this, I understand change is uneasy at the beginning but I can assure you this new update is packed with a lot of useful features.
