Hi all,

To add stocks in your portfolio, you can use the '+Add Symbol' and delete stocks using the edit portfolio button.
Please use the image below for reference

EDIT HOLDINGS -
To edit the number of shares/lots in your portfolio, visit the 'Holdings' tab.
You can edit shares in a lot by clicking on shares and then choose to edit or add lots:
A.

B.

C.

D.

I hope this helped, feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

Good morning. I recently subscribed to S and had the same problem you noted 8 months ago. Only cash holdings or new buys are in blue. Did you ever resolve this?

I agree that this is how it normally works but often the only thing that happens is a shaded bow pops up with the number of shares and an ‘X’ to cancel. You can see the normal options at bottom of screen but when you touch them? The small box closes and you are back where you were. This happens on iPhone and iPad. Problem is new. Only stared about 2 months ago but it’s damn persistent and makes the app much less useful.

Any ideas other than restart, reinstall, delete and start over (none of which works BTW.

Love the app and need it but this is a problem

Number of shares STLD have not changed since yesterday and today

Change and change % have decreased however today's gain shows a substantial gain over 2.8 million  Can you help clarify.

The process above creates three AMZN lines. It's becomes a list of transactions, not a summary of holdings. What I'm looking for would be one line with 400 shares with the cost being the average. Or if there was a sell, that single shares line would be reduced by the number sold. Is there a way to get this result?

The "holdings tab" shows a list of lots, but each position is listed only once on the other tabs

To edit average cost per share on the holdings page on an iPhone 13  tap the Blue number of shares and the little box will come up with that number with an X in it. Now tap the little box and then quickly tap the bottom of the screen of your phone, the area of the screen where the edit window comes up. abracadabra there it is. It may take a couple tries The secret is be quick…….

I think they need to edit the portfolio holdings interface so that lots are combined with an average cost basis. That's how Morningstar and most brokerage portfolios work. But then there should be a drop down menu for a holding with the add dates and separate cost basis. I posted that as a suggestion. It's ridiculous to have a separate line entry for each buy.
