"My Portfolio" - Summary Tab

After playing around with the new layout for several hours/days, the only main issue regarding layout is the Summary tab when clicking on individual portfolios. That is way too number-focussed for a  "summary page" and it hurts to look at.

If you could just take out half those figures (avg. daily volumes, high/lows, open/close) on that tab, then you could make space for the headlines/articles section on the right half of the screen, sort of like before.  That would largely solve it for me.

You corrected the issue when clicking a link/reference within articles.  It not opens a new window again.  Well done!

Hi Tridente

As a suggestion, you can switch to 'All Portfolio' view by clicking on the button, shown in the image below, if you do not want a long list of metrics available in portfolio summary; and by collapsing all your portfolios you can also access articles/news conveniently. Although, the best way to reach articles is the 'view headlines' button on the top right of your portfolio.

I hope this helped, feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

A big issue is that seeking alpha has made articles secondary. People like the simple portfolio ticker updates along with relevant articles for their portfolio.watchlists. Then they can dig deeper if they want to. Seeking Alpha now has a forced deep dive that hurts to look at as the main summary page. Make this an alternative or an option under the summary page and bring back the old look please.

Hi Kushal,

With the old format I didn't have to click individual portfolios. Once I logged in to SA, I could see ALL HOLDINGS IN ALL PORTFOLIOS AT ALL TIMES. We don't want to see the total for each portfolio, we want to see

ALL HOLDINGS IN ALL PORTFOLIOS AT ALL TIMES. Plus the page would automatically refresh so I could just leave that page open all the time and monitor everything without having to click anything. That's the part that SA is not getting- the best thing about the old format was the ability to continuously see ALL HOLDINGS IN ALL PORTFOLIOS AT ALL TIMES. By eliminating that feature, you have ruined the entire platform.
