Market pinball wizard chat is not loading
How would you rate the customer service you received?

trading room chat was down for extended periods today, and this wasnt the first time. I have only been a member for 2 weeks, so I find the rate of failure to be alarming. This is unacceptable as I use this blog for real time information as I execute trades. I would like a refund of this month's fee, please.
