This seemed to come in with the latest set of page changes.  Extremely annoying.  Occurs in normal desktop use and is browser agnostic. 

Several people have already complained about this.  Sad that you have not taken more action to fix.  (No, don't ask me for a screenshot...you've had lots of feedback to show the problem is widespread.  Just figure it out and fix it.)
