Top Dropbox / Header

In the new android version, the top Dropbox / for main sections keep coming down while reading an article. Please remove this feature. 

If you scroll down to read an article then want to backtrack to read the prior sections.. The drop box comes down. 

This feature is annoying and makes users not want to use this app. The developer thought it was convenient but it doesn't work in real life. Please fix this feature.
