ReAdd In App Notifications List Mobile

Love that the new app has the majority of the features of the website.  One thing lacking is the notifications view.  As a developer of mobile apps, one might think, why does the user need the notifications in the app and in the notifications list of their phone?  Several inter-related reasons:

1.  Phone push notifications are ephemeral.  Once I click it, it is gone, or if I restart my phone, or if I clear all my notifications.

2.  I might begin reading something from a notification and want to come back to it.

3.  I might silence notifications on the actual phone notification but would like to be able to see notifications in the app on my own time.

4.  Phone push notifications can be unreliable depending on the phone, os version, manufacturer, app.
