new pause alerts feature--problem

I believe there may be a problem with this. Currently, all alerts which are "on" have switch to right and are red (vs grey). If the "all stocks on list" is activated it will go from current grey to red. Wdnt that, rather than turning off all, turn them all on (both the current :on" and the current "offs"?
