Log in issue

Hi,

I Am an ios paid user but I couldn't assess the paid features after log in.  My previous information entered including my portfolio were all gone.  


Grateful if you could help.  Please let me know if you would need any further info.

im a paid user buts its not showing that on my lap top ? my phone allows me to use the services and authors.
