Especially in this time of dividend cuts, it is important to have accurate information before investing. I frequently see dividends that have not been updated, mostly overstating the dividend and dividend yield. Since this is happening regularly, I cannot trust your data completely. E.G., APTS' real dividend is .70/year. You have the old dividend listed at .96/year. It's not like you don't have the information--in the case of APTS, the dividend change is noted in an article just below the data. Please upgrade to keep this information current. Thank you.
