Montana Skeptic

What happened to Montana Skeptic's posts about Tesla?  Rumor has it that Elon Musk has threatened to sue Seeking Alpha if they continue to allow his posts?  Really?  This cannot possibly be true, as the Montana Skeptic is a well-balanced, articulate, intelligent analyst who deals in facts, not unfounded speculation.  What is happening here?
