I have not received any e-mails from you since 12/15, they are not in the spam folder, and I don't have any IT department. I don't see any yellow banner, what's wrong?

We recently changed he color of the banner, it is not yellow anymore :-) But when you log into the site, you will see the banner below.  Go ahead and turn the emails back on   If this happens repeatedly (e.g. you keep seeing the banner and the problem keeps coming back)  you will need to contact your email provider to clear up the problem, permanently.
