Notifications stopped coming through (Android)

I do not know why but notifications stopped to come through normally as usual. On a daily basis I would get some 20-30 news from general market news to specific company news in my portfolio. I've checked on the web browser a specific setting for this but i found nothing. On my phone notifications are fully enambled for the app but it does not change anyithing. I see some news coming in via email but since i mostly use the app to stay up to date i need it to work! Please Help!
