Slow iOS App + Posting Restrictions

The app is very slow when loading up the Notifications tab. I often misclick articles because I end up tapping before it loads up after 2-5 seconds. Also, requiring mod approval to post is a bit restrictive and makes the service seem like it's filtered. Should have a dislike/downvote system to root out bad posters that you can apply the mod approval to.
