Linking brokerage account failed

Wayne51 3 months ago in Website updated by anonymous 2 months ago 5

I just tried to link my Fidelity Investments account using the new feature and it failed. I have more than 15 accounts with Fidelity - brokerage, ROTH and traditional IRAs plus UTMA accounts. If and when this works, will each account appear as a separate portfolio? If not, then it won't be of much value to me. In addition six of the account numbers are not owned by me or under my care as a trustee. Can I exclude them? Do you limit the number of accounts from Fidelity?

Hi, please try again letter and let us know, it seems like a temporary issue on the broker side.

As for your questions:
1. We create a separate portfolio for each account.

2. You will be able to remove unwanted Portfolios after sync

3. We do not limit number of accounts from Fidelity

I'm sorry to hear that, could you please try again and tell us which error do you see this time.

Same story as my first attempt. Here are the images I saw after I entered my USERID and password. The first image should actually be number 2. The first image was the one where I entered the six-digit number to begin the process.

I got the same error.
