Top navigation bar issues.

Could you move it to the left of the search bar? I usually have SA open in one half of the screen and the notification button is not visible. The entire top navigation bar should adjust with the width of the screen actually and all buttons should be visible at all times. Its quite ba dright now with no adjustments at all.
