Your subscription system is horrible. I just upgraded and was charged but still have no access.

It says I cancelled my sub in July which I did because one-year sub didn’t work either. Decided to try monthly with same problem. You removed email support too. The app is horrendously architected with crap backend integration.

what’s the current status? How do I keep track of this thread without having to search by keyword like “subscription system”..

As I mentioned in my previous response.  I enabled you for premium access yesterday.   We found the root cause of the problem and we are planning to deploy a fix on Sunday.  It affects users who were subscribed to annual and switched to monthly after cancelling via Apple support.

Since the annual plan is still in the system, with a later date, our code thought it was your current plan.  We ran a report and only yourself and one other user encountered this problem, out of many many subscribers.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry about that.   I see the error in our logs. We are going to figure out what is going on and enable your subscription asap

Didn’t know asap was yesterday, since you see, I no longer can edit my own comments that I make. So it looked to me like my permissions were downgraded. And I also don’t see the notifications feed or the notify bell icon in the upper right corner.

So what should I do to enable:

- Editing own comments.

- Viewing notification feed.

I also had a problem finding this feedback thread again. I finally last ditch went to my profitle and saw it under the notifications screen the two threads.

Would be more usable if one could see their feedback stack ranked on top on the main feedback page. instead of everyone’s latest feedback ranked globally.

still can’t edit my own comments (thought I can edit my own feedback here) and don’t see notification feed. What is the best way to fix this? Make me a regular non-premiums user as the premium UX is not very usable

again, why can’t I edit my own comments and see the notification feed anymore, now that I’ve been made a premium member?
