portfolio improvements -- adding a sell transaction / selling a lot

Hi. Please add support for adding sell transactions or selling lots. Right now we can only delete lots. One wonders what's the point of spending time adding them. I'd rather like to track my portfolio via buy and sell transactions. Thus performance and other metrics could also be calculated as well as portfolio history visualisation etc. There's a lot that could be done in this regard and that we've got to do elsewhere at the moment (e.g. Investing.com and other services).
