Track/Untrack Comments for individual articles from the comment section of the article

the new layout has hidden the option to deselect track comments under an article, or move it to an unknown place. any insight where we can find this useful option would be greatly appreciated

Need the ability to track an article besides leaving a comment in the new format..

This!! Please fix the new format so the Track/Tracking "button" is visible!  What, did you code that with white text or something?  The new format is not an improvement, why fixing what isn't broken?  Please!  Fix!
