Have logged out and back in and still doesn't work

Having trouble with the instructions to disable the AdBlocker. Using Edge as the browser and you don't have it as one of the method instructions that we printed out to follow. Can't find the adBlock icon or adBlock hand icon on the browser. We had The Geeks remove the AdBlocker last year - not sure why it seems activated now.
