Notification setting on stock symbols

I continue to get "Services is not available. Try again later", when I try to turn off a notification alert for a stock symbol within this app. What happened? This has been going on for the last 4 weeks or longer. In the end, I want to be able to turn off a notification for certain stock symbols but it will toggle back "on" and, again, state that the services is not available. Try again later... Thanks
