Every now and then I'm directed to an article that's formatted within what appears to be an updated user interface.  The scroll bar on the portfolio widget is not operable in my environment.  Screenshot attached.

Hi, It looks like a bug, but you can use your mouse wheel to scroll the window.

Thanks for the acknowledgement.  Unfortunately, I don't use a mouse, and my tracking pad isn't triggering the scroll function either.  No biggie, but something you'll eventually want to address.  I run a SaaS company myself, and functionality issues unique to Chrome seem to be an ever increasing reality.
