Remove ads from paid subscription

hi, can you be so kind as to remove ads from paid subscription? that’s absolutely gross that your iOS app malfunctions and keeps offering ads even to subscribers. it’s even worse that your iPhone support email malfunctions too. have it fixed for Chris’s Ake!
