Do not subscribe!!!

I sign up for trial and I cancel the same day. 13 days later I was charged $320 even I did receive an cancelation confirmation email. Representatives are unreachable they do not answer any phone calls or emails. This is by far the worst costumer service experience.

let me guess, they will claim that you subscribed to The Data Driven Investor by Andres Cardenal, CFA.

I was not supposed to be charged on first place, and it took 3 days to get in touch with someone to have this resolved.
