Context: 1) I changed job and don't have access to the inbox associated with my account 2) I forgot my password, and because of the prior statement I cannot receive a password reset link 3) because I paid $200 for SA PRO I have no desire to create a new account and lose my membership.
So....here is the $200 question: how do I reset my password? The app, in which I am logged in on my phone, does not offer this functionality.
I am going to file this under bug because I doubt "ideas" will get me anywhere. I had to create a new account to be able to submit this.
