Unable to click on my portfolio to change to another portfolio

See the attached screenshot.  If I click the portfolio name (CT - IRA Roth), or the dropdown arrow next to it, then I normally can select other portfolios.  Now it isn't working.  If click the dropdown arrow, then nothing happens.
