Subscription Demand for Refund

Attention Subscriptions Dept.SeekingAlpha.com (stock market news outlet)
I was incorrectly charged for Premium Service and another unknown item. These charges are $320.80 and $239.00 respectively on Feb 28, 2021. I am a small investor and will not order or buy this much for an information service. Please reverse the charge for the Premium service and the unknown product.
I am finding your business practice deceitful and policies predatory by not allowing a fair return of unwanted product and easy refund.  Your website email portal doesn't work.

I demand a reversal of the unwanted charges. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company and will elevate this to Small Claims Court if you do not return my money. You are in effect stealing my money if I don't want your product.
Your website is designed to give very little customer service and does not keep a record or description of what was purchased. You are only quick to charge customers. I had asked for a supervisor twice and he was not available twice. The rep promised for the supervisor to call me back. No calls were received. I will not be cheated by outfits like yours. Cancel all my subscriptions and return my money.
