Seeking alpha phone app no longer works. Paid for premier subscription and it is now operating like the free subscription. Can't see where I can call anyone (phone number) or even email anyone directly.

It tried to subscribe and it tells me my subscription is good until oct. they tell me that the can’t find my email but I get notification to the email box. Go to sight and can’t read them. As big as this company is you’d think you could talk to someone.
Yes, I've had the same problem for about a month. Opened a ticket and they couldn't help. So I called Support and they're working on it as of a few minutes ago. I'm on an iMac using Safari and the issue is that The "Ratings" tab no longer populates with the data from Wall St. Analysts or Authors as it used to.
She wanted me to download Chrome to try to access and I objected saying they would have had thousands of Apple users complaining if it were a browser issue.

Updated my browser and the problem is solved.

Returned from hospital and after a few weeks tried to catch up, but not able to open account nor my portfolio.
Annual subs fully paid on 15/08/2020.
Cannot find customer support anywhere on site.
First, slide your window open for a wider view and at the far right you will see "Help and Support".
Second, 347-509-6837 is the Support #.
this is a problem for me also over the past month, very disappointing!
