POP UP (PRESS & HOLD) KEEPS SHOWING UP

Every time I change pages a Pop-up (Press & Hold) shows up with the following text:

"To ensure this doesn’t happen in the future, please enable Javascript and cookies in your browser.Is this happening to you frequently? Please report it on our feedback forum.If you have an ad-blocker enabled you may be blocked from proceeding. Please disable your ad-blocker and refresh.Reference ID: 406245b0-d92d-11eb-bdaa-c3da866dd45a "

How can I stop this? I have disabled the ad-blocker and it still keeps showing.

It happens over and over again! Javascript is an extremely unsafe thing, Javascript cookies rancid crap.

Here as a user story: As a user, I want to read a page so I can get a picture of an issue, not struggle with insecure, rancid technologies.
