Unable to cancel subscription
Hi folks - I've was trying repeatedly yesterday to cancel my trial subscription at the end of my trial period but kept getting an error message whenever I would try to submit (via desktop on mobile, btw). Finally it worked today, but it appears I may have already been charged. ? Appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks so much.
